Just wanted to say what fantastic job you and your helpers did to organize the Bon Journey nights! We were there on Friday night and had so much fun! It was really, really well done. The MC was great, the games were fun and the food was awesome!! I loved how the staff came out with the bread baskets and the sparklers, just like being on a cruise (when they bring out the baked Alaska). The band was amazing, we danced all night! We had a blast! A really, really great job of planning this event! Kudos! Please pass the message on to all involved! Hope you do it again next year!

The ladies of our organization would like to thank you and your staff for the wonderful weekend that was experienced at the Americana Conference Resort and Spa during our Meet which was held in September. We had close to 300 ladies at our Unit Meet with the majority coming from the United States. This Meet is held every year at a different location but the ladies agreed that this was the best one yet. The quality of the rooms, the banquet meals and the meeting rooms was second to none. The ladies did not have one complaint regarding their stay. You and your staff could not have been more accommodating in meeting all our needs and quickly dealing with any issues that arose. We especially appreciated having staff available to us during our entire Meet which included day and evening events. The ladies kept asking when we are coming back to theAmericana. Jennifer, your expertise and guidance in helping us plan this event is what made it such a great success. Again thank you and your staff for a memorable time.
